Clarity does not provide IT3C or IT3B tax certificates, however you can use your statements to retrieve this information. Please follow the steps below:

IT3C:

IT3C shows any gain or loss made on your investment based on the transactions you finalised during the tax year.

You need to provide your Realised Return for your ZAR account, USD account, ZAR margin account and USD margin account, in ZAR, for the tax year.

IT3B:

IT3B shows the income you earned on your investment during a particular tax year.

You need to provide your Interest income for your ZAR account and USD account, in ZAR, for the tax year.

You also need to provide your dividend income, for your ZAR account, USD account, ZAR margin account and USD margin account, in ZAR, for the tax year. This is reported to SARS as “Other income” as they are manufactured dividends.
