To reset your password go to the login page https://login.nowclarity.com/auth/login and select "Click here" next to “Forgot password”

Input your email address that is used for your Clarity account. If you use the incorrect email address you will not receive the forgot password email.

You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password, click on the link and input your new password. If you do not receive the email it could be due to your account being blocked or that the email address is not the same as the email address used to sign up with.
