With Clarity you have the ability to trade on global markets at different times of the day depending on the market you choose to trade in. Orders can be placed when the market is open. Here is a breakdown of the market operating our based on Standard South Africa Time (SAST):

Market

United States (New York)

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the NASDAQ are open for trading from 15:30 to 22:00 SAST (from 10 March 2024 to 02 November 2024) and 16:30-23:00 SAST (from 03 November 2024 to 09 March 2025)

United Kingdom

The London Stock Exchange is open for trading from 9:00 to 17:30 SAST (from 1 April 2024 to 27 October 2024) and 10:00 to 18:30 SAST (from 28 October 2024 to 30 March 2025)

Sweden (Stockholm)

The Stockholm Stock Exchange is open for trading from 9:00 to 17:25 SAST (from 1 April 2024 to 27 October 2024) and 10:00 to 18:25 SAST (from 28 October 2024 to 30 March 2025)

Paris

The Euronext Paris is open for trading from 9:00 to 17:30 SAST (from 1 April 2024 to 27 October 2024) and 10:00 to 18:30 SAST (from 28 October 2024 to 30 March 2025)

Madrid

The Bolsa de Madrid is open for trading from 9:00 to 17:30 SAST (from 1 April 2024 to 27 October 2024) and 10:00 to 18:30 SAST (from 28 October 2024 to 30 March 2025)

Frankfurt

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is open for trading from 08:00 to 17:30 SAST (from 1 April 2024 to 27 October 2024) and 09:00 to 18:30 SAST (from 28 October 2024 to 30 March 2025)

Switzerland

The SIX Swiss Exchange is open for trading from 9:00 to 17:20 SAST (from 1 April 2024 to 27 October 2024) and 10:00 to 18:20 SAST (from 28 October 2024 to 30 March 2025)

It is important to note that these trading hours are subject to change due to holidays and daylight savings.
