Once you have logged into your Clarity account, you have the ability to transfer funds across all your account.
Please note that, if you have not funded (or transferred funds into) a specific account you will not be able to trade in that account. Thus it is very important to take note of which account you are currently in and whether or not it has an available funds balance greater than 0.
Please also note that you can only make cash deposits into your Clarity ZAR account. Therefore, your Clarity ZAR account will be your main funding account for all your other Clarity accounts.
On the web
Select the account you wish to transfer from (top right of the screen)
Select the wallet icon from the menu
Select "transfer"
The "From Account" box will already be pre-selected with your ZAR account.
The "To Account" box will allow you to select any one of your other accounts you wish to transfer funds into.
In order to transfer funds back, you can follow the same process. However, please ensure that you are in the correct account each time you try and make the transfer.
On the App
Select more (bottom right of the screen)
Click on "Transfer and FX"
On the app, you have the added functionality of changing the "From Account"
