You can only withdraw out of your ZAR account.
To make a withdrawal of funds out of Clarity and into your bank account follow the below steps:
On the web:
Select your ZAR account, ensure that all the funds you would like to withdraw have been transferred into your ZAR account as you cannot make withdrawals from other Clarity accounts.
Select the wallet icon followed by "Withdraw"
Input the amount you would like to withdraw and select "withdraw". The request will be placed and the funds should reflect in your Investec bank account within 1 to 2 business days.
On the app:
Select "More" on the bottom right of the screen.
Select "Withdraw".
Select your account and input the amount your want to withdraw.
Select "Submit".
The request will be placed and the funds should reflect in your Investec bank account within 1 to 2 business days.
