You can only withdraw out of your ZAR account.
To make a withdrawal of funds out of Clarity and into your bank account follow the below steps:
Investec Private Bank Account Holders
On the web:
Make sure you are in your ZAR account, ensure that all the funds you would like to withdraw have been transferred into your ZAR account as you cannot make withdrawals from other Clarity accounts.
Select the wallet icon followed by "Withdraw".
Input the amount you would like to withdraw, select you Investec account, and clock "withdraw".
The request will be placed and the funds should reflect in your Investec bank account.
You will receive two emails; one when the withdrawal is placed, and a second one when the withdrawal is processed.
On the app:
Make sure you are in your ZAR account, ensure that all the funds you would like to withdraw have been transferred into your ZAR account as you cannot make withdrawals from other Clarity accounts.
Select "More" on the bottom right of the screen followed by "Withdraw".
Select your Investec account and input the amount you want to withdraw.
Click "Withdraw".
The request will be placed and the funds should reflect in your Investec bank account.
You will receive two emails; one when the withdrawal is placed, and a second one when the withdrawal is processed.
Withdrawing from your account to Other banks:
On the web:
Make sure you are in your ZAR account, ensure that all the funds you would like to withdraw have been transferred into your ZAR account as you cannot make withdrawals from other Clarity accounts.
Select the wallet icon followed by "Withdraw".
The first time you want to make a withdrawal, you need to input the beneficiary banking details you would like the funds to be paid to. This must be an account in your own name. Clarity will not accept or process a withdrawal into an account which is not in your name. Once you have added these details, you will not be required to add them again for future withdrawals.
Your beneficiary should be approved almost immediately. You will get an email confirming this.
If your beneficiary details are not approved, you will receive an email and will be able to input your beneficiary details again on the platform.
Input the amount you want to withdraw and select "withdraw".
The request will be placed, and the funds should reflect in your bank account in 24 to 48 hours.

Changing your beneficiary details:
You may change your beneficiary details by following the same process, and clicking “Edit” on the withdrawals page. However, you may still only change the details to an account in your own name. Clarity will not approve an account that is not in your name.
