If you are receiving the error below when trying to sign up for the first time, it means that you already have a Clarity profile linked to your ID number and/or email address.

Please click on this link: https://login.nowclarity.com/auth/login

If you can’t remember your password, click on the “Forgot password” link.

Input your email address that you used for your Clarity account. If you use the incorrect email address, you will not receive the “forgot password” email.

You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password, click on the link and input your new password. You can then access your Clarity account.
