In the sign-up process, you will receive a verification link to your email address and an OTP to your mobile. Please ensure you use the correct email address on sign up, as well as the correct mobile number.

If you are not receiving the verification link to your email, please check your junk folder, as well as any security firewalls, such as Mimecast.
