If one of the drop-down fields on sign-up is not loading, please select “Back” to go to the previous page, and then “Continue” to go back to the page you were on.

If this does not rectify the issue, please refresh the page. This will prompt you to log in again (please use the same email and password) and you will be directed back to the page you were on. You will not need to start the sign-up process again.
