The following are acceptable forms of proof of address.

Please note: your proof of address cannot be older than 3 months.

Please upload your proof of address in the format of; .jpeg ; .png ; .pdf with a maximum size limit of 5MB.

  • Bank correspondence

  • Bank statement (not issued by Investec)

  • Insurance company contract or letter

  • Lease / rental agreement

  • Letter from a retirement village, old age home, asylum, boarding school, university, or hospital

  • Levy certificate issued by a body corporate, homeowners association or managing agent

  • Medical aid statement

  • Mobile phone account

  • SABC licence

  • SARS document

  • Security firm account or statement

  • Telkom account

  • Tenant declaration (with lease agreement)

  • Utility bill

  • Valuation report (municipal)
